Within 60 days from date of purchase, we are happy to replace items that don’t fit (providing that they meet the return requirement above), or have been received in either defective or damaged condition. If you wish to exchange an item for another size, please indicate so when you return the item.
If you wish to exchange a damaged garment for the same item, kindly email us a photo of the garment you wish to exchange, along with a copy of the purchase receipt, to email@example.com. We will reply with instructions and information about receiving the new item and returning the damaged one. Please note, exchanges may take up to 14 business days to process for delivery of the replacement item.
