Return Policy

nuyu offers a thirty (30) day return policy. To be eligible for a full return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags still attached (where applicable), and in the same condition in which you received it. The items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons, and these items must still have the protective slip intact when returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear (thongs or boyshorts).

We encourage you to try on your nuyu garments carefully when you receive them, taking care not to rub makeup or deodorant off on the garments.

We regret we are unable to accept returned merchandise that has been damaged by deodorant or makeup.

In order to offer a refund for returned merchandise, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Merchandise returned in acceptable condition but without a receipt or proof of purchase may be exchanged for something else on the website.

We regret that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We strongly encourage you to send returns via a trackable delivery method, as we cannot be held responsible for shipments that are lost in transit.
